Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                  
NO. 153(JUD) am "An Act related to the awarding of special good                
time deductions for prisoners participating in the Point MacKenzie             
Rehabilitation Project; and providing for an effective date."  Without         
objection, it was so ordered.
